Purchase contract / Conclusion of the contract
The purchase agreement is reached when full payment for the order has been received.
All prices include VAT. For deliveries to countries outside of Italy, any costs of
additional shipping will be indicated at check-out, before confirming the order.
Irana Tappeti reserves the right to change prices due to fluctuations in the exchange rate of the
currency and changes in the world carpet market.
We ship with our partners.
The approximate delivery time is around 2-5 working days and home delivery
carried out on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O.Boxes.
If you wish to return a rug, please contact our Customer Service for instructions and further assistance.
It is your responsibility to return the carpet to our warehouse in an undamaged condition.
Once the carpet has been returned and inspected in our warehouse, we will refund the amount
on the same credit card or bank account used for the initial purchase.
In the event that a carpet is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, the return will not
be accepted. In this case, we will notify the customer and ask if you would like the rug or rugs
return at their own expense.
Right of legal withdrawal
Below you can read the instructions prescribed by law for the conditions and consequences of the right to

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period
expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires the

withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post or

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to our
favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your eventual
choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without
undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive the carpet in question.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the transaction
in any case, it will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
The reimbursement can be suspended until the goods are received or until they have been demonstrated by
part of the consumer to have returned the goods, if earlier. Please return the goods or hand them over
to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from
this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14
days. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by us. You are only responsible for the
decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary for
establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the assets.
Terms of payment
- Wire transfer
As a customer of Irana Tappeti, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. Once
placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation together with our bank details. Please
indicate the order number as a reference for payment by bank transfer. We will send you the
carpet or rugs as soon as we receive full payment.
Payment should reach our bank account within 5 days, otherwise the order will come
We offer a guarantee on all products purchased from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from
delivery date of the carpet. The warranty is only applicable when the carpet has been subjected to
regular home / daily use. In the event of a warranty claim where the carpet is believed to have been
used improperly or excessively (stains, chemicals, external damage, pets,
improper handling), the customer will be required to pay the costs of any repairs. Our staff
expert will inspect the carpet and determine the cause of the damage. The customer will pay for all expenses
shipping in case of repairs and warranty services.
We guarantee that the delivered carpet conforms to the descriptions on our website.
A signed certificate of authenticity will be sent with the order for each hand-woven carpet.
Delivery error / damage
In the event that something is not proceeding correctly with your order upon delivery,
you receive a wrong carpet, a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets – please
contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. The error must be reported no later than 24 hours
If the outer packaging has visible damage upon delivery, do not open the package. Leave it
intact, document the damage with photos and report it directly to the shipping company.
When you place an order or register as a customer, we ask you to provide some of your own
personal information, which will be saved in connection with the registration. The information we save
