WHEN AND HOW YOU CAN REQUEST THE REFUND?

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY IN WHICH THE CORRIER DELIVES YOU THE CARPET TO REQUEST THE REFUND AND THEN TO RETURN IT TO US. WE WANT TO REFUND THE SAME DAY OF RECEIVING THE RETURN. REFUND IS REFERRED TO THE PRICE OF THE CARPET, SHIPPING EXPENSES ARE PAYED BY THE BUYER.

Send us an e-mail or phone to alert of your choice. Then remember to return the carpet to us, otherwise We can not pay the refund.The relevant legislation requires the sending of a registered letter. In practice, we are on the part of the consumer and we prefer to have satisfied customers, so we simplify the procedure and limit the request to an e-mail or phone call.
Remember…to make the refund we need the return of the goods.

HOW AND WHEN WE PAY THE REFUND?

YOU WILL RECEIVE THE RETURN OF THE CARPET IN DIFFERENT WAYS, IT DIPENDS ON HOW YOU HAD CHOOSED TO PAY THE PURCHASE:

  • credit card purchase: refunds are made directly to your credit card
  • purchase by bank transfer: refund is done by bank transfer to your account
  • purchase in cash to the courier at delivery: refund is by bank transfer to your account.
